First grade hydrated soybean oil is a type of soybean oil that has undergone additional purification from phosphorus-containing substances and other impurities to improve its quality and shelf life. It undergoes a hydration process, i.e. slow cooling, during which phosphorus-containing substances are released and removed, forming a precipitate. It is used in the food industry for the production of various food products, as well as for feed purposes. Soybean oil contains vitamin E, lecithin, polyunsaturated fatty acids and other beneficial substances that contribute to the health of the cardiovascular system and brain activity.
