RDM-150 Redmonster metal shredder is a high-performance professional system offering superior power and efficiency for medium-large capacity metal recycling facilities. RDM-150 model features 110 kW ultra-high torque motor structure with 1500 mm wide rotor length and reinforced cutting system. With 2500-4000 kg/hour processing capacity, it shows superior performance in shredding thick aluminum blocks, industrial steel profiles, copper transformers, automotive engine blocks and heavy metal structures. Equipped with Siemens PLC-based advanced automation, real-time torque monitoring, automatic overload detection and bi-directional reverse function, RDM-150 has 7/24 uninterrupted operation capacity. With 32 ultra-durable cutting blades, reinforced rotor shaft and industrial gearbox offers maximum efficiency. MT Makina RDM-150 Redmonster series metal shredder is optimized for medium-large metal scrap processing facilities, automotive recycling centers, industrial metal waste processing and municipal metal collection centers. Can be easily integrated with magnetic and eddy current separator systems.
