Silicon slag is a by-product from the productive process of silicon metal, mainly used in steel making, casting and so on. Silicon slag can also be very good to improve furnace temperature, increase the flow of molten iron slag effectively. Application Silicon Metal Scrap: 1. Silicon content from 30 50% is used for silicon addition for iron making in the blast furnace and cupola, 50 70% is used for the deoxidization of steel making. 2. Silicon Slag can used as Silicon metal alternative. 3. We use silicon slag to produce silicon briquette which is far and wide market in domestic and international. 4.
