1000 C calcium silicate thermal insulation boards are composed mainly of SiO2, CaO, and a small amount of fiber. They are made by pressing and molding after chemical reaction under high temperature. The boards are mainly used in industrial furnaces for steel, electrolytic aluminium, cement, glass, ceramic, and other industries for refractory and thermal insulation. The products are also used in petrochemistry, buildings, fireplaces, ventilation ducts, and other applications for fireproof and thermal insulation. They can be used under 1000 C high temperature without deformation, fracture, or powdering. They are 100% non-asbestos. Our company is the largest manufacturer of 1000 C calcium silicate thermal insulation boards in China, with yearly production up to 70000 cubic meters. Since 1989, we have produced this type of boards and obtained ISO 9001 certification in 2007. Temperature limitation max: 1000 C. Density: 230 - 400 kg/m3. Size L x W: 1000x500 mm, 600x300 mm, 900x600 mm, 1220x1220 mm.
