Stretch film is a transparent plastic film made from linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). It is applied to objects or pallets by wrapping it around them, and then it stretches and clings to itself, providing a unitized load. Stretch film is used to secure items together, to protect them from damage during shipping, and to keep them clean.
