A wine with its own style. Colour well covered, deep, with a red edge and intense bigarreau cherry bottom with terracotta overtones. Aromas of mature dark fruits, notably the black plum and varied aromas bought out during the aging phase, chocolate and ripe wild fruits undertones. Some mineral hints, liquorice. Voluminous in and through the mouth, silky textured, balanced and tasty, with smooth ripened tannis giving the wine a long lasting and elegant, full, very long and persistent flavor. Due to its natural elaboration might present and sediment when long time storage. We advise decant before serving. Ageing: The wine has been treated with American and French oak, and has been matured in bottle for 12 months. Combination: Ideal with all kind of braised and grilled meats, game dishes, stews with sauces and aged cheeses. Serve at: 16-18 ºC Alcohol: 13%vol. Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Garnacha and Syrah
