Lestello buckwheat wafers are made of 100% buckwheat. They do not contain flavors, additional raw materials or preservatives. In addition to valuable complex carbohydrates, they contain a lot of protein with high nutritional value - they are rich in lysine and tryptophan, which our body cannot produce on its own. Additionally, buckwheat wafers contain a lot of folic acid and zinc. They are also rich in manganese, potassium and phosphorus, thanks to which our body can function properly. Buckwheat wafers are a valuable source of vitamin P, called rutin, which strengthens and seals blood vessels.
